What if there was a way to open a book that contained the entire story of your soul, all lifetimes you've ever lived, why you're here now, and the possibilities that lie ahead? That is exactly what the Akashic Records are. And today, I'm taking you inside.

Welcome back to HEALED my beautiful soul. I'm your host, Nicole Mixdorf. And I became an Akashic healer, a Light healer, and a Reiki healer on my journey to heal myself from chronic illness... something that doctors said I was going to have to deal with for the rest of my life. But you see, I didn't believe that story. 

I knew there was a reason why my body was behaving the way it was. And I genuinely believed that there was a way to restore my health and bring my life back into balance and harmony. I was searching for my answers and I knew they were out there. And that quest took me to working with over 50 different healing modalities. I was so open to try everything and anything to feel better. And it was the day that I discovered the Akashic records that all of a sudden the answers that I had been seeking suddenly became clear. For the first time ever I understood why I was sick in the first place, what it all meant, what the lessons were that I was meant to learn and receive from that. And I was able to clear the energy that created it. So allow me to introduce you to the Akashic Records. 

Your Akashic Records are the records of your soul, of every experience that you've ever had, every memory, every thought, every emotion that you've ever gone through has been recorded in this energetic database. Some people think of the Akashic records like a big library filled with bookcases full of books, the Book of Life. You see, we all have our own Akashic records. Every human on this planet has their own records. Every animal, every tree, even the planet itself has its own records.

And when you learn how to attune yourself into the Akashic records and access the wisdom of your own records, it gives you so much guidance, insight, wisdom, and healing. There are endless possibilities of what you can do within your own records. And they truly are available to everyone. I'm not special in any way more than anyone else is special. But I've been on a journey to uncover my own connection within for over 25 years. I've been doing meditation and yoga and so many other beautiful practices to connect me into the truth of my own soul for a really long time, so that when I became attuned into the records, it felt so natural. It was the easiest thing that I'd ever done. So as I went on this journey to heal myself, I made a prayer. I had asked God to show me how to heal myself and I had promised to heal everyone else. And a couple of months after I made that prayer, that promise, that vow, a dear friend of mine reached out to me about an Akashic training that she was doing. And I was really open and intrigued, but I had never experienced an Akashic healing session before. And so I said, well, let me see what this is all about. 

And in that very first session, when we opened my records, a lifetime presented itself - a past lifetime that was a deeply traumatic lifetime where I had done some not so great things, which is really hard for me to understand because it was very different from the lived experience I have in this life right now. And there were a lot of energetic connections in that lifetime that were unresolved. There were unresolved soul contracts. There were deals and agreements I'd made in that lifetime that were still active. There were energetic cords and tethers. There were belief systems created from it. And there was also karma attached into that lifetime. 

And in the middle of that healing session, I felt this shooting pain in my gut. And I was like, "what is that?" And I screamed out "is this the source of the colitis?", and the answer was YES!!! And it just blew my mind because I'd been looking for my answers for over a decade to understand why did this illness show up in my life, and why did it continue to come back again and again and again, even after receiving some legitimate healing miracles, working with some powerful healers? There's an episode I recently shared about working with a Chinese Divine Healing Master. If you haven't listened to that episode, I encourage you to check that out because that is an amazing story. And there's some other miracle stories that I'll be sharing with you soon about that too.

But this part of my journey came after those miracles. And even though those miracles happened, why did the illness come back a couple of years later? What was the deal with that pattern? So allow me to break things down a little bit more so that you can understand it. 

Before we're born, our soul desperately wants to be born because there are certain experiences that we want to have in this body as a human. The truth is that we're a soul having a human experience right now. And there are certain lessons that we want to learn, certain experiences that we want to have in this lifetime, certain karmas that we want to clear and break through, and we have a soul purpose in this lifetime to fulfill as well.

So before we're born, we create all of these soul contracts with other souls in our soul family that we tend to redo life with over and over again. And we might say, okay, in this lifetime, you be the mom and I'll be the daughter. You be the dad and I'll be the daughter, right? So I have contracts with my parents. We choose our parents for a reason. And it's not just to be born. No, we're either supposed to teach each other something, we're supposed to learn something from one another or activate something within one another. Sometimes even the most horrific childhoods, there's a reason for it. We choose our parents, we choose these experiences because they are meant to awaken something within us, something that we're supposed to use for fulfilling our purpose in that life.

So there's a reason why we have soul contracts with all of the important people in our lives. But we also have contracts to do certain things, to be a healer, to be a teacher, to be an athlete, to be an artist, etc. But the moment that we're born, we have free will and we get to make our own choices. And sometimes those choices are aligned with the greater soul plan and sometimes they're not. There's no wrong choices we make because even when we make decisions that go against our soul contract or don't fulfill that soul contract, we learn things along the way. We grow and we evolve. There's lessons. There's a reason and a purpose and a meaning that we can pull out of every experience that we ever have. 

Now, when we are in our physical bodies, we also make deals and agreements with people. We make promises, we make vows, and those hold power. Those are powerful energetically. And every experience that we go through, we create these unconscious belief systems that are energetically attached into those experiences that we had. We might have energy cords that are connecting us into a certain traumatic experience. We might have energy cords connecting us into a belief system. If it's a really strongly wired belief system, there's an energy cord holding it in place.

And sometimes when we go through traumas that are deep enough, we actually lose a little piece of ourself in that experience. It's like a little piece of our soul breaks off and gets stuck in that. And we get these lost soul fragments that leave us not feeling totally whole and complete. The beautiful thing is that we can recall that back to ourselves. We can recall anything we lost and we can also clear anything that's unresolved.

When we get to the end of a lifetime and we do our life review and we say, this soul contract, I did that. Yay. I learned, I grew, I evolved on the path. But then I go, huh, that soul contract, ⁓ shucks, didn't do that. Well, let's try it again in the next lifetime, except this time let's be brothers or this time I'll be the dad and you be the daughter or this time let's be married and I'll be the wife and you be the husband or whatever.

Our role changes all the time and we tend to do it over with the same souls because we want to resolve something specific with that specific soul. So we might try it again in the next lifetime, but let's say it doesn't work again. Like shucks, let's try it again. You might try something two, three, four, five, six lifetimes and find that it's not resolved and it's not even for your highest good to hold on to those unresolved soul contracts anymore because it's not working. It's just creating conflict and difficulties and problems for you. So when we go into our Akashic Records and we ask questions, "what is the source of this challenge that I'm having in my life?", it might be connected to multiple past lifetimes that you've already had that you are trying to resolve something.

And to be able to get that information is so powerful. It's so insightful. And the beautiful part about it is that we not only find out what created this issue, what the challenges are, who you were in those past lifetimes, what happened, what was the trauma that created something, what are all of the unresolved energetic connections.

But then we can ask, what's the wisdom that you're meant to learn? What is it that your soul is wanting? What's the lesson that you're meant to integrate into your life? We can learn that and receive that and assimilate that. And then you get the decision. Do you want to hold on to this energy or are you ready to forgive it and clear it and let it go? 

And that is where the real magic happens because we can clear this energy. And what I've seen, my friend, is that when we clear this energy at the level of the soul, it changes your life instantaneously. You're just different. I have seen people's broken relationships suddenly mend. I've seen people's way of being just change. For example, somebody who always struggled speaking up for themselves or putting themselves first, always putting everyone else ahead of their own needs, kind of letting people walk all over them. All of a sudden after uncovering what the source of that is and clearing it from their life, clearing it out of their records, they have no problem speaking up for themselves, setting boundaries, etc. And they're not trying to do anything differently. They just are different.

I've seen people's symptoms disappear. I've seen people's pain disappear. I've seen the heaviness that someone was carrying suddenly just lift. It's like the depression is gone. The anxiety is gone. And for the first time ever, they just feel whole. They feel balanced. They feel at peace in their life. It's absolutely incredible.

And so for me, when I was exploring this chronic illness in my records, I discovered it was connected into five past lifetimes that had unresolved energetic connections attached to them. The one in particular, that first one I told you where I felt that sharp shooting pain in my gut, that one had karma attached to it. And karma happens when we actually go completely against a soul contract that we have. So not just not resolving it, doing the exact opposite of what our contract was to do. When that happens, we create this karma and life is gonna present opportunities for us to learn the lesson and make a different choice. And so anything that's a pattern that repeats over and over again in your life is almost always connected to some kind of a karmic wound. And so being able to understand that, to uncover what it is was just blew my mind. 

So after that first session, I went all in. I did the three month certification. I went through the whole training and I awakened my intuitive gifts. So when you access the Akashic records, you're accessing it through the wisdom of your own body. So your psychic senses are actually through your body.

Now I'm very claircognizant, which is clear knowing. That means that the information hits my brain and I speak it out loud. I close my eyes, I ask a question, I clear my mind, and I just start to speak. I have no idea what's about to come through. It's completely channeled and it's just speaking truth. It's amazing. 

Now I'm also very clairsentient, which is clear feeling. So I feel things very strong in my body. If I'm connecting into something that's painful, I'll feel the pain. If I connect into something that's joyful or happy, I will feel the joy. I'll feel the love. I'll feel the excitement, but I'll also feel the grief. I'll feel a sadness. So that's one of the ways that I receive is really feeling things very strongly. So when I'm working with my clients in the records and we're pulling forward, you know, one of their lifetimes, I will feel it as if it's happening to me. But the beautiful thing is that when we clear the energy at the end, I feel the relief in my body, so I know that it's cleared for me and I know it's cleared for the client because I don't feel it anymore and it's gone. I'm also a little bit clairvoyant. It's not my strongest clairability. That's clear seeing. So really receiving visuals or seeing a scene in your mind.

I tend to receive in the way that the person who I'm working with, whatever their natural claribilities are, because everyone has them, whether they're activated in your life or not, you have them too. So if somebody else is naturally clairvoyant, I'll receive a lot of visuals that I don't normally do when I'm in my own records. Some people are clairaudient, which is clear hearing. So you might hear messages coming through. There's clairgustance which I can't remember if that's tasting or clear smelling, but you receive everything through your senses. Accessing the Akashic records is an intuitive modality and it's the most natural thing I've ever done truly. 

Now, other lifetimes are a big part of that. That's gonna help you uncover the source of challenges of issues that may have been very present for you in this lifetime. But we also inherit different wounds through our family lineage. And these are things that don't even belong to us. We may have had an ancestor that goes back however many generations, and that ancestor went through some kind of trauma that was so deep. This is the deepest level of trauma there is. It's so deep it literally integrated into their DNA and was passed down through the lineage. And it may be affecting a huge group of souls within your family line. So anytime you have a situation in your family where you say, okay, this problem is something I'm dealing with, but so is my sister and so is my dad and so is his brother and these four other cousins and my grandma had this problem. And it could be an illness, it could be an addiction, it could be behavior patterns, ways of being, it could be almost anything. But anything where you notice a pattern that affects a lot of people within your family, that is absolutely connected into a wound within your lineage. And doing generational healing within your Akashic records is some of the most powerful and profound work that you can do because it doesn't just heal you, it heals everyone in your entire family. 

Now, what's interesting about these family lineage wounds that come through is that they affect family members in different ways because the family lineage wound is one layer of an issue, but that layer of an issue is on top of your personal baggage that you brought into this life.

So I'll use addiction as an example. If for some reason there is a pattern of addiction from a wound from a family member that's passed down through the lineage, if I personally came into this lifetime with multiple past lifetimes that were also connected to addiction and problems with addiction, then that family lineage wound is going to impact me more than a sibling or another member of our family line that inherited that same family wound, but they personally didn't have that same history through past lifetimes with that problem. So that's why certain people within a family line can be more affected by something or less affected by something because the family wound is just one layer that sits on top of an issue.

So when I work with my clients in the Akashic Records, I call them Akashic Healing Journeys because it really is a journey. I never know where the session is going to lead us because when you ask a question about something, it may uncover multiple layers that are part of that wound, that are part of that issue.

And then when you uncover something else, you're like, well, that's interesting. What's that connected to? And it may be connected to multiple other things. So it really does take us on quite a journey. Now, in addition to past lifetime experiences that can impact us and family lineage wounds that can impact us and karma that creates those patterns, the other connection into challenges that might show up in your life today could potentially be from a soul contract in this lifetime to have a certain experience. And that was something that was very real for me with the chronic illness because apparently I had a soul contract to be sick in this lifetime. What? I mean, when that information came through, I was like, what? Why would my soul choose to be sick in this lifetime?

And when I asked that question, the answer that came through blew my mind and also made so much sense. The reason why my soul chose to be sick in this lifetime is because I was meant to overcome it. I was meant to heal myself from that illness and have the healer awakened within me in the process so that I could help everyone else heal too.

And as soon as I found that out, it all just made sense. All of that suffering that I went through for so many years wasn't for nothing. There was a purpose for that suffering. And if I hadn't gone through that, I wouldn't be able to be doing the work that I'm doing now, facilitating miracles for other people in the way that other healers had facilitated for me. So it felt like such a full circle moment. But here's the beautiful part. I could ask in my records and say, okay, soul contract to be sick in this lifetime. Have I been sick enough already? Can we say that that soul contract has now been fulfilled? Yes. Amazing. Can we clear that soul contract now? Yes. Awesome. And I cleared it. And I'll tell you that when I cleared all these different wounds, all these different layers that were attached into this issue, this this illness that I was dealing with, it was complete. It was complete. 

And it was such a powerful moment for memto do that healing work at that soul level because that truly is the deepest level, that fifth layer of healing. You have your physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual level, right? Like why did this even happen in the first place? And that is what's answered in your Akashic records.

Now you can use your records for so many things, not just uncovering the source of illness or the source of challenges in your life. When you access the Akashic records, you can understand what your soul's purpose here is. What did you come here to do? What is it that your soul wanted to learn? You can find out what all the different karma is that you have to work through. What are all of the different patterns that have shown up in your life? What's the wisdom that you're supposed to gain from all of this? Another beautiful thing is just as we can go in the past, we can go in the future because time is really not linear in the way that we experience it as a human. When you connect into pure consciousness, into the quantum field, which is really what the Akashic records are tapping you into, past, present, future, it all happens simultaneously. Everything is happening simultaneously in this exact same moment. 

So if there is a big goal that you have, there is something that you're working towards, something that you really, really want, we can call forward a future timeline where you're already experiencing what it is that you want. So let's say there's a big project that you want and you're like, this is what I want. We can call in a future timeline where you've already experienced that, where you've already achieved it, where you've already succeeded in that. And all of the information about who you are in that moment will come through. I can tell you how old you are, what's happening in your life, what's going on, what it felt like to be in that. And then the beautiful part is that we can say, okay, if you're here and you wanna get to this future timeline - because there's infinite possibilities, right? - it's just you deciding which is the possibility you wanna focus on. So if I wanna get from here to here, is there anything blocking me from getting there?

Yes, what's blocking me? These three belief systems. Okay. Well, what's that belief system connected into? This belief system that you're not worthy of, you know, achieving that goal that you don't feel good enough. That's connected into these six past lifetimes. Okay. So then you have this opportunity to uncover and go into those lifetimes to understand what happened in those lifetimes? Who you were? What are the unresolved energetic connections that happened in that that you can then heal and clear, forgive and release and let go? Right. And then you can say, okay, what's the other belief system that is blocking me from getting from here to there? Right. And it's a belief system that you don't believe that you can be successful. What's that belief connected into? It's connected into these lifetimes. Plus there's a family lineage wound that's attached into that too. So you can uncover all these different things that might be blocking you from actually achieving the result that you want. And you can clear all that away. You can heal from that. You can absorb the wisdom that your soul is meant to learn. It's like a shortcut and it's beautiful. And then once the once everything's cleared out of the way, then we can say, OK, what are the next three steps that you should take to get from here to there? And we can channel an entire business plan. It's so fun. I love channeling business plans for myself and for other people, too, or action plans. That's like one of the things that I am just really gifted with. And I just love doing that. So you can do almost anything in your records, honestly.

You can open up your relationship records with another person. So let's say there's someone in your life that you're having challenges with, tension with in a specific relationship. You can uncover what created this tension that you're experiencing? There's multiple lifetimes that you've shared together where these different experiences have come up and you can clear that out of the way. It's amazing.

You can also open up the records for your business, for your company. Because as soon as a business has a purpose, it has its own records. And I certainly have done that within my own records, absolutely opened up the business records for my company. There were some things that were disconnected between my personal records and my business records that I needed to work on. And there were things that needed to be cleared and there were things I needed to activate. And I did that and it created an enormous shift in my results! It was incredible. I've cleared all of my money blocks, all of the things around my finances that were blocking me. All that is gone now. And the shifts that have happened in my life are mind blowing, just absolutely mind blowing.

So I've been healing people in secret for a few years now and I wasn't promoting it. I wasn't announcing it because I was scared. I was scared of being seen. I was scared of being judged. I was scared of what other people were going to say. And quite honestly, I was scared of being persecuted because I've had multiple lifetimes as healer, as a healer where it wasn't safe for me to openly share my gifts with the world, where I was persecuted for sharing those gifts, where other people were scared of me because of the things I knew or because of the things that I could do. So there were belief systems that I had that it wasn't safe for me to share this. And those were healing journeys that I took myself on to uncover and understand and clear and heal and release the fear of being seen, the fear of being judged, right? All of those were connected into different things. And as soon as I did that, I suddenly had the confidence to start this podcast, to step into the light in a bigger way so that I can help more people, because that's what this is about. That is the whole reason why I'm doing this is because my soul's purpose in this lifetime is to be a healer. And this is the lifetime where I get to do that healing work in a safe way, where I get to positively impact other people's lives. And I get to be a catalyst for change. I get to help people reconnect to the truth of their soul, uncover their soul's purpose, release the burdens and the heaviness and the pain and the difficulty and the challenges that they've been carrying, heal from the traumas from their childhood, heal from the past lifetime traumas that they brought into this lifetime, because you don't need to carry everything anymore. You've suffered enough and there is a beautiful opportunity to let that go and to heal at the deepest level there is, which is the level of the soul. And when you do that, you set yourself free. 

And I'll tell you from my own experience that every single layer that I heal and clear within myself, every old wound that I release and let go, I get a little lighter and a little lighter and a little lighter. And my connection to Source gets stronger and stronger and stronger. And my healing abilities get stronger and more powerful with every single wound that I clear and heal within myself. And so what I've understood is that the more I heal myself, the more I can help others heal too, because I've walked the path. I'm not afraid of my own shadow. I am not afraid to look at the darkness. I have had a million dark nights of the soul, seriously, where I've faced some really heavy, painful things. But I was willing to because it's only for a moment. And then I get to learn and I get to grow and I get to receive so many gifts as a result and then let it go and feel the difference in my own body and see the difference in my own life, in the reality that's created for me.

And because I've done it, I can help others do it too. And every single thing that I do as a speaker, as a healer, it's really teaching the things that I've done myself because I have walked the walk and I walk my talk as well. And I love being able to inspire others and I love being able to heal others. And I have truly given myself over for this life to be a lifetime of service, to be of service, to help others, elevate the vibration of this planet, to help people heal, to help people awaken to who they are. That's why I'm here. And the Akashic Records were the doorway that gave me access to all of this amazing wisdom.

And ever since I became an Akashic healer, all of these other beautiful intuitive gifts have awakened within me. Light language awakened within me. I became a Reiki healer as well. And I know there's more gifts that are just waiting to be awakened as well, because the more I say yes to me, the more I say yes to my soul, the more magical my life becomes. 

So I hope that this inspires you to never stop looking for your answers because they are out there. And they're not actually out there. They're inside of you. Everything you've ever wanted to know is inside of you already. And it's just a matter of finding a way to access the wisdom that already exists within you. Being able to access the Akashic records is just a direct connection into your soul. It's so powerful and it's something, a gift truly for me that I never take for granted. It's always an honor and a privilege to be in the presence of someone's magnificence of their soul and to be able to give them the information, the knowledge, the wisdom, the answers that they've been looking for.
